Return Policy
Only UNUSED yarn IN RESALEABLE CONDITION WITH ORIGINAL LABELS & PACKAGING are returnable.

All merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Items that may NOT be returned are:

• Needles
• Patterns
• Kits
• Books
• Sale and Clearance Items
• Accessories & Notions (such as ball-winders, swifts, stitch markers, spindles, etc.)
• Yarn without their original labels and packaging

Shipping charges are NOT REFUNDABLE. An exception will only be made if merchandise is defective or we have sent an item in error.
